Need to see a doctor, but parents won't let me.

I have been depressed for at least 8 years. I am now 20. My parents don't believe in mental disorders, they think it's just something doctors made up to make money with medication. So they won't let me go see a doctor. Plus, I'm still under their insurance, so there's no way around that. I can't afford to pay out of pocket. Is there anything I can do or anywhere I can go??
