Back (sort of) and better...

ok, so i'm not 100%. i'm still a little unstable. but the good moments outweight the down...so far so good. i see T and pdoc today. i did end up going back to the hosp. it got me through my 'rough patch'. and i hope the next time i go into the hosp. it's on the maternity ward not the psych ward!
anyway, i wanted to just say how incredible all you are. all your great posts and support. you'll never know how much that meant to me. this is the hardest stuff i've Ever had to do. and i need the support. please hug yourselves tightly...that's from me.
i think work is definately an added stressor so i'm going to take a couple days off next week. i see T mwf and i'm not sure if i should work mwf or if i should work just Tues, thurs.?? i think i'll discuss that with t and pdoc, see what they think.
