I think that was well put. It is just so...so...unnerving at times and yet a relief to kinda, sorta understand what is going on. Usually I can feel when I'm going young but sometimes "she" sneaks out on me and I hear things come out of my mouth that are whiny or angry or frightened. It isn't so bad in therapy but at meetings, or the grocery store, well, sheesh.


Good luck with this Larry. Let us know how the session goes.
