I got a call for work this evening, didn't expect it so late, so I had to go rent a car, go find all the things I need for work, get everything prepped and then tomorrow must leave the house at 6am to be up the coast by 7.
I felt reallly scared. It's a big movie, and I'm working with a huge star. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK. I knew that I couldn't fight the fear, adn that if I was going to get done verything I had to do, I had to calm down. No time for a walk, so I took a clonazepam.
Time for bed now. I'm all ready, calm enough to sleep, and hope that tomorrow goes well.
So, there'sa concrete example for you.

Please keep your fingers crossed for me tomorrow that everyone is nice and that the actors are open to learning to do what I have to each them...
