Crushed -
Try to keep reminding yourself that this is a long struggle. You seem to feel better after seeing T2. Is it at all possible to see her more often? Don't beat yourself up. There is no quick fix. And it's okay to feel sad about a loss, especially someone that you felt so close to. I've noticed that weekends seem especially hard for you.

I used to feel sad on Sundays because as a child, I got to spend time with my grandma every Sunday. She was the only person in my childhood who loved me for who I was. After she died, I was 13 years old, I could barely get through a Sunday without feeling depressed. Even now they are hard, but easier with children. My husband plays tennis Sunday mornings with his father. So the kids and I typically put on some loud (sometime bad) music and dance. It's very uplifting, even for a crabby mom, who just wants to go back to bed!!

Keep posting. I work tomorrow but I'll try to sneak a peek at my computer.
