Most people seem to avoid triggering material, which I guess is why we mark some posts as "Triggering". This has the opposite effect on me. I note down the titles of books and films signalled as triggers by others so that I can look for them, and I always read triggering posts first. Does anyone else have this reaction? It's almost like wanting to put my finger in the sore place and feel the hurt more.
