yeah, the only way i can talk is the one i call i know is completely anonymous (through like a christian group)... like i'm scared to call just any number cuz what if they can get your address and like make you go to an er or something..
i'm trying to hang on and not focus on everything i hate about myself. it's very hard, and from hour to hour my mood can totally change, but i really don't want to do anything stupid.
