An article about the phenomenon of "workplace mobbing" caught my eye recently. This is where co-workers use psychological bullying to make things so uncomfortable for the targeted worker that they quit, have a nervous breakdown, or worse.
This is differenent than the toxic workplace that is not directed at someone in particlular, but where a co-worker is targeted for this treatement, and efforts are made to conceal the reality of it.
