Hi smokeymadison,

I don't have experience with DBT, but I was feeling bad that no one answered you. I think it might be because this comes up a lot on this board, and people might have already said their piece earlier. You might trying looking back through the archives for info about DBT. My impression from what people have said here is that sometimes it's very helpful, and sometimes not so much. It sounds like it depends a lot on the skill of the therapist with the technique. And usually DBT involves a team of folks, including a skills training group, and an individual therapist.

But as I said, I don't know about it from personal experience.
