I'm going to sit on it through my vacation

I toyed with the idea of emailing the old T and asking her not to hold those sessions for me, because I wasn't planning on needing them, just so that I wouldn't obsess about it for the next 10 days or whatever. But I guess I've decided to sit on it, see how my feelings change over time, and not make a decision until I have to. I probably won't go in but she doesn't need to know that yet.

This is hard, but I guess I'm managing.

I'll be away till Thanksgiving so I probably won't be posting much. See you guys when I get back.
