Looking for good psychiatrist in the D.C. area

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a good psychiatrist in the D.C. area (including Prince George's or Montgomery counties), preferably someone who is a psychopharmacologist. I have suffered from depression and anxiety ever since I can remember and I am having trouble doing my course work lately (I'm in grad school).

I know Dr. Hedaya is supposed to be good but he is so expensive, does anyone know if he's worth the money? My school therapist recommended Drs. Sacks,Behl,Cephas, Patel, Sheehan and Joshi in MD. Anyone heard anything about any of them?

Tales of who to avoid would also be welcome.

I am also looking for a good cognitive therapist.
