Hi Sabrina,
I think if I'd had this dream, it wouldn't have meant anything sexual. It would've been probably more about the co-worker herself, and her desire to be friends again, and my choice to withdraw from that. Could be my subconscious picked up on things between her and I during the day that my conscious then had to be made aware of? Not sexual, but that context in the dream was a good way of getting my attention.
