Lowest days

Low days are bad, lower ones worse and the lowest days, the ones where you know you can't really go any lower ... those are abominable. I feel for you. It's just so hard when it goes on and on.

Sometimes I want to stand in my yard and yell at the sky "Ok, UNCLE! Now gimme a break!"

I haven't done that yet. But who knows, it might happen. I get so angry sometimes, when the bad days go on and on and I just want to breathe, to feel a little lightness of heart, maybe have the energy to dance or sing, or go for a hike.

For me at least, it always gets better. Even after months of lows, things look up for at least a while. I can always count on feeling better eventually. I hope you can, and that you do feel better soon.

(((hugs)))
