Do you hear voices internally when this happens? I mean does it feel like sometimes hearing conversations about yourself and then hearing you talking internally to someone? I don't believe this is God. I believe this is symptoms of dissociation. It's common to have pseudo-seizures with dissociation. I replied on the other board. I have them and I am dissociative. I have those electric shocks in the body and in the head.
I have been checked and I do not have seizures. I have listened to relaxation tapes and get the shocks too. It has taken me 10 years to figure out what is really going on. I went for test after test to see what was going on. I have odd findings, but it's because I am dissociation/MPD. You mentioned about the other inside that's your friend. That's a common finding with this disorder. Now, most people will say, "Heck, no I don't have MPD. That's Sybil." They focused on her disabilities and made it for tv. It's not that weird. You may not be fully MPD, but somewhere on the dissociative scale. I read a lot of myself in your posts. We just describe ourselves a bit differently. I had an identical twin, so no one could tell if I were her or vise versa. But, it went deeper than I can explain in writing.
Why not give this a try? Ask Richie who or what is causing the shocks. Let me know what happens.
