Yup, Dondon, it's a kind of paralysis, like all the emotion just stops, can't let myself feel, and that leads to a sort of fight or flight thing that is an anxiety attack.

I walk. And walk. For me, there's no psychosis, just anxiety. If I can get force myself to exercise, I seem to feel that I am fleeing and that relieves some of the anxiety. If I can get some really hard exercise, I feel even better.

Don't know if it'll work for you, but it's worth a try. I sometimes tell my husband or call a friend and say, help, I need to walk and I need someone to help me.

It passes faster with exercise, but even without exercise, it passes. It will pass.
