I have a question for you: during my last EMDR session, it didn't feel the same. I felt disconnected from my target memory, and it just didn't have the same "charge." Maybe I chose the wrong target memory. Just wondering if that has ever happened to you.
I'm so glad this technique is providing so much relief for you!
