I am involved with a federal grant for a university working with meds depression, anxiety, OCD and adhd.
I notice several things that have stopped my OCD.
Believe it or not excercise and lot's of it has eliminated some of my OCD acts.
I also notice that different meds antagonize OCD and other meds help OCD.
With each med I change I lose one symptom and/or side effect and pick up another so go figure?
