This is just wonderful to hear! It's so impressive how rapidly you were able to make such positive changes- many congratulations to you and *Bean*! Did you have any couples therapy, too, or did things just fall into place with your marriage once you overcame the anxiety and depression? What you've been able to do is especially impressive because I think I remember you saying that you didn't take any medications. Was your therapy a combination of CBT and psychodynamic?
