Adderall XR and anxiety

I need some ideas: I'm taking Adderall XR 15mg/day and it makes me
-have trouble sleeping
-less social
-anxiety when wearing off leading to the sleep problems
-irritable some times
What do I need to mix this with to balance myself out?
