she didn't call you back and that was wrong. i'm sorry your therapist messed up. but dear, please don't punish yourself (or hurt) for her mistake. please don't do it.
it's hard to learn new ways to cope. and again, i'm sorry she failed you. but please!!!!!! do not hurt yourself because she failed to hold up her end of the promise. i'm here listening terrics. i'll stay on for a while in case you are still here and want to talk.
