I'm sorry that was so painful for you. It is all about getting information rather than offering support or validation. Hopefully you and your T will be able to move forward to something that feels better to you. In the meantime, I want to tell you that I am struck by your strength. You have survived a great deal. There is something within you that can and does survive this. Please hold onto that.
