Just for fun:
Do you think you reflect traits of your zodiac sign in therapy? Either how you react to things or how you approach your issues? Or even, what you want from your Therapist?
I'm a Capricorn. The most basic, well-known traits of Capricorn are being practical, well-organized, ambitious and emotionally cautious. In therapy, I want a PLAN. I want to know why we are doing something, what the theory is behind what we are doing, what the probable outcome will be and what the time line is. I am frustrated with how long it seems to be taking me to make the changes I want to make and it has taken me a long time to become attached to my Therapist. I still find myself pulling in emotionally when things get too intense for me. And the practical side of me keeps insisting that I just need to "get over myself" and move on. I even channel my anxiety into practical activities - like cleaning, sorting or baking.
My Therapist is a Cancer. Just from what I know and have seen of him as a Therapist, he seems to fit some of the basic traits of this sign too:
Emotional and loving, intuitive and imaginative, and protective and sympathetic. So what do you think? Do you fit? Does your Therapist?
