I posted this under Grief for firstglazegirl, but since I know there are others who have been through this, I thought I'd put this info here as well.
I have found that meeting with other people face-to-face who have had a loved one die by suicide has been helpful. Here are some resources for suicide bereavement groups:
Try this sitefirst www.afsp.org
Go to Survivor, then Groups, then pick your state.
If you don't find anything there try this, it's a list of all hospice sites. Your local hospice organization may know of a suicide bereavement group, or they may run one themselves.

The last couple options for smaller towns is to call the bigger funeral homes and churches and in the area and see if they know of any groups.
Hugs. Emmy
