Hi Speaker,

I tend to agree with Daisy, but I also think that you know best. If you really think it'll be better for you to get some distance before you go back, then maybe that is the right thing. But listen to your whole true feelings, not just your fear or embarrassment. Is there any part that wants to keep working through this, or thinks it might be productive, or wants reassurance or support or anything your T might be able to give? It might be a really good session, because you do have some rare and important things to talk about (your dissociation).

Oh, I know how hard it is sometimes. Here's a hug for courage, either way. ((((Speaker))))
