Hello,
For a class in college I had to go to a random court case and report back. It happened to be a drug case. i was with a friend, so didn't want to leave b/c i feared looking weird. So I stayed. it was a PCP and marijuana case. The jury was passed the PCP in a plastic bag. I was on the other side of the room. I got incredibly anxious. Very afraid.
When I got home, I washed all my clothes and sent my jacket to the drycleaners. I am still afraid some of the substance may have tracked in somehow and will harm me, although I realize I was on the far side of the room and probably didn't come into contact with any of it, although that small possibility that I may have inadvertantly done so is enough to drive me mad!
What is your advice for how to deal with this? How do you break this down? It all seems perfectly rational to me, for the most part.
Thank you so much for any reply you can provide,
Doug
