Thanks for giving me a boss's perspective.
I agree that I need to do this in person, so Tuesday when I'm alone with her, I'll bring it up. If Thursdays work for her and the department, I'll work though my lunch hour or come in early or whatever she suggests is best.
Anxiety go away, and don't come back on Tuesday.
