When notes are written for the file, they are supposed to be very professional, impersonal, and lacking in emotional content. They do not reflect the T's feelings about the client. From a patient's perspective they would sound heartless and cold. Some office's may not even use your name, and simply refer to you as "the patient". If you decide to go through with this, prepare yourself for that. If you are doing this just for control and curiousity - maybe you could think about those as symptoms that need addressing, instead of needing satisfaction...? I'm just not sure it's healthy for you or good for your relationship building with your T.
