Hi, I have a similar problem. However I am married so sex is no big deal. I turn my back on my husband when I undress and then turn the light out. [He knows nothing about the scars]

I think perhaps your problem is more complicated. If you are with someone you really like could you introduce him to your problem slowly...by talking about it first? terrics
