Wow, some useful insight for me to read. I am an avid avoider of various things from financial issues to work issues, etc. I guess I think if I avoid them long enough, they will go away and no harm will come. How sad this is because always bad things follow. My logical brain knows this but my immature brain does not. How does anyone out there deal with this issue. This is the root of my problem, at least the most damaging one. I am so scared all the time that the next shoe will drop. It gives me physical sypmtoms of nausau, sweating, etc. My pdoc has me diagnosed with Bi-Polar II and now I am taking Depakote, 1000mg a day, in addition to 500 mg Wellbutrin. Trying to climb from this is hell. What shall I do?
