depression, anxiety, stress and ocd

Hi

I have been on mirtazapine for about 8 months now. I have seen my doctor monthly and told him I would like to see someone who I could talk to. I was then put on a list to see someone at my local hospital. I thought i would be on the list for a couple of months. When I phoned I was told it would be at least 9 months. I would like to tell my family members what iam going through and what thoughts i have but i do not want to worry them. I have been looking on the internet for a while now to share my thoughts when i found this site. I hope this will help.
