I actually find a lot of good in CBT, and think that it, or maybe it's kinder and gentler cousin, DBT, should be taught as a life skill in schools. Everyone could do with some of it.
I just find it has its limitations in certain types of personalities, my own included. :) But that doesn't mean it shouldn't help those whom it can help completely completely, and those whom it can help in part in part.
I hope that this post, at least, is global enough in its scope to be a useful addition to the discussion. :)
