Oh, I know - I put all those pressures on myself, too, and they all contradict one another. Then there's the pressure from the therapist- to try to be and say who you really are. That one is the hardest, but the one I'm trying to go with.
Can you tell him that you don't want him reading here? You could print up the things you do want him to read- like bringing in a journal, or just keep this separate. The thing I like best about writing and reading here, aside from the real support and understanding I get, is that what other posters say is often so insightful that it helps me understand much better what's going on with me. Sort of free group therapy!
