Hi JYL. I suggest you talk about it with your social worker. I have an agreement with my therapist that he'll never browse here. He's not much on computers and the internet, so he acted a bit surprised that I would even ask. But I did make him promise, and I trust him to keep that promise. He knows that Babble is important to me and wouldn't want to invade my privacy against my wishes. It's a shame really, since I rather think all therapist should read Psychological Babble. :)
But really, JYL. The best thing to do when you're worried about something is just to ask. And listen with every sense to help you decide if they are telling the truth, and then trust that.
If he has invaded your privacy, you have every right to be angry. If he accidentally stumbled across this place and recognized you, well, you've never said anything you need to be ashamed of. But the chances that he's been here are really very small.
Ask outright and relieve your amxiety on the matter.
