Dissociation is my favorite method of coping. :)
I'm guessing it really gives you an advantage in biofeedback? I know it helps me with pain control, although it takes a fair amount of energy. So I'm thinking that dissociation has to do with control over the brain's processes even as it feels like a lack of control. Hmmm...
Anyway, I was a bit worried that it might teach me to dissociate even better than I do. Did you find it encouraged your dissociative tendencies?
