If it is just a fleeting thing, and you know it's not real, I wouldn't worry about it over much. My therapist says that most people have odd thoughts or perceptions at times, and don't think much about them. But some people are sensitive to what's going on inside themselves, and they notice these things and worry about them.

I'm assuming it's just the sort of thing where you have to look again and then you see what's really there? If it were a more elaborate thing, it might be of more concern.
