Lexapro withdrawal- SWELLING!

Posted by Brewer on October 4, 2003, at 9:31:28

I stopped Lexapro about 2 weeks ago without weaning. (I switched to Gabitril and it's great) Since then I've had the typical symptoms but I've also been very swollen in my fingers, feet and legs. Is this expected? I can't even wear my wedding ring and I can't see bones in my feet or legs.
My docs all say "Well, I guess it could be that, but not sure."
I was on 20mgs a day for post partum depression and history of GAD. I'm only 37 and my physical condition is good, with low blood pressure, etc.
