Therapist should tell us of this transference

I think the therapists should tell us before hand of what this transference is and how it could affect us in the initial phases of therapy. This whole therapy thing is based on creating a pseudo relationship and it is the patient who gets lured into thinking it is a real relationship, whereas it can never be. The therapists should warn us and educate us of this before hand in order to avoid the pain and shame it seems to be causing a lot of us. - Pinkeye.
