Mattthhhh,
REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy) is strong for OCD. REBT is a very much overlooked therapy that I found _immensely_ powerful and helpful with my obsessional anxiety-driven thinking. It's not woolly-touchy-feely like it's name suggests, it's no-messing-powerful-logic-but-flexible that really got to grips with my thinking that was depressing me and making me horribly anxious. See "Overcoming Anxiety" by Windy Dryden or anything else by him - he's a good REBT proponent.

HTH,
pedr
