Natural Lithium

Just wanted to find out if anyone here has heard of the new "Serenity"? (ororate lithium/elemental lithium) for bi-polar/depression

I would also like a good source for Tryptophan purchase or if anyone knows about a product called B-Calmed?

I'm new to your forum and am looking for answers. I have been off and on most anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds there are without success over the last 15 years. I don't have medical insurance right now and unfortunately I have turned to things I shouldn't to find relief, and of course am only finding grief!

I need some help, thank you
