i feel so lost..

i went to the hospital for an appointment with a social worker...
he sent me to the crisis nurse..
on tuesday i go into a day program for 4 weeks..
i thought i was getting better..
this seems like a huge step back for me:(
i am confused
i am sad
i am scared
