WOnder why I never heard of this repression thing in any self help book or site I've seen? SOunds like a technique that has some merit. I was MUCH better off when I didn't remember and obsess every waking moment. WHen I didn't care to the extreme what a douchebag I looked to others, I was able to function, albeit with severe anxiety and depression. Just keep pushing those drugs you shrinks, and don't educate anyone about anxiety and depression. Let people like me have to accidentally find out about it.
