Hi, everyone,
This is just to enter into the archives an explanation of what's been going on. Sorry there hasn't been any response (yet) from Dr. Hollon...

Psychological Babble Guest Expert: Steven D. Hollon, PhD
I'm pleased to announce that Dr. Hollon, Professor of Psychology at Vanderbilt University, has agreed to be our guest expert for a week (though 1/28). On Monday, he gave our Grand Rounds, on Cognitive Therapy in the Treatment and Prevention of Depression:

If you have any questions on that topic for him, post them here. Just put "Hollon: " at the beginning of the subject line to let me know it's for him. I'll be the intermediary and pass selected questions on to him.
Discussion about the how this works -- or doesn't -- is welcome, but should take place at Psycho-Babble Administration.
OK, any questions? :-)
The participation of a guest expert is intended to provide information and not advice. His responses should not be considered diagnosis or treatment. He may suggest an option to consider, but do not infer that his professional opinion is that you personally should choose that option. What specifically to do for yourself or a loved one you should discuss with a knowledgeable professional in person.
The above presentation includes discussion of commercial products or services. The presenter does not have significant financial interests in or other relationships with the manufacturers of those products or the providers of those services. No unapproved or investigational uses of products are discussed. The presentation was not supported by educational grants.
