I hope your not hurting too much, and that you arnt concidering suicide. I felt really low yesterday, and it was also because I thought my rage offended people, but you know what It doesnt matter what other people think. Anger is a feeling that everyone has from time to time. I think you should try to make yourself happy and not worry too much about others, its kind of working for me at the moment, not being selfish but concentrating on my happiness untill I feel better. Maybe go to see a therapist as soon as you can if you have one. You'll get through it!
ps: dont worry about xmas its just another day of the year... TAKE CARE...............
