In using the search with options function on this site I came up with 294 hits for EMDR. I picked out a few links that might be of interest for you.
People tend to go both ways on this therapy. There are those that swear by it for helping with ptsd or traumas and then there are those that think it is a bunch of quackery.
It comes down to doing your research and looking inside to see if this is something you would like to try.
I wish you well and having personally done EMDR from July 01 to May 02 I have had very positive results from this type of therapy compared to other modalities I have used over the years.
Here are a few of the 294 links from the PB sites about EMDR. I know it can be a bit overwhelming at first to do a search and come up with so many results so I just picked out a few that had caught my eye. These are representing the positive and the skeptical views on this therapy.
