Zoloft

After being depressed for a while I went to a psychiatrist. He prescribed Zoloft – once the physical side effects went away I noticed this urge to take all of it. Well, almost a week ago I gave into that urge and did just that. Was pretty sick for a while but am better.

The thing is I am really freaked out by this. I talked to a few friends – medical professionals who live far away from me – and they have urged me to get help for this but I just cannot bring myself to tell the doctor I did this. It’s just too much.

Any ideas?
