i am really happy. this is just one of many of those times when you work past a block in therapy (i've been extremely agitated and unable to talk for about 2 months) and are able to move further in trust. i feel very grounded (finally!). i feel safe and like i can talk freely about anything that i need to talk about. (of course, i have learned from experience that there's a real ebb and flow in this whole process <smile>) i like being in this place of perceived safety. i am very happy.
