And it's just about trading and swapping. We have however many people we accept in the name of them being 'refugees' and they want to come here and we want them to come here. SOmetimes we let some of them integrate well enough to give them places in medical school and stuff like that.

So I get to go, then. Someplace that values me. We got a bunch of people from India and China and from who-knows-where that we decided to integrate as refugees... Typically something along the lines of a trade. I think it is something like 'we'll take 2 people who were traines as Doctors and Engineers overseas and we will not give them professional employment for the remainder of their life... And in exchange we will provide grades and training place and job for 1 of their kids to professional career in NZ'. I think that might be the nature of our 'refugee' trade.
