god dammit. now everybody wants to be a flying doc in nz. working out of auckland city, of course.
it is actually a pretty good show... part of the whole 'public education by way of reality tv' thing that we have going on... which is quite good, really. educated people about all kinds of government work / how we are supposed to deal with government workers (maybe they need to do on on winz!!)... border patrol and costal patrol (people taking more than their quota of seafood) and so on...
anyway... what stood out for me... was how much you want the team to be in agreement as to what should happen. mostly... for *ss covering. so the story later is this shared story of 'they did the right thing and they did everything they could' and is never (or as inoften as possible) going to be 'i didn't think they should have even tried to do that'.
