I am unsurer as to what your rationale could be for posting that statement here. If you could clarify the following, then I could have the opportunity to respond accordingly.
A. Could you list here any criteria that you think were those that formed your thinking that causes you to not agree that the commiunity needs the rule in question? If not, could you post here why not?
