Didn't Clinton start the AIDS drug thing rolling in the third world countries? He is totally involved in it.. well, up to HRC becoming SOS.I'm a bit confused about what he can do and not do now.

He has the heart that I feel has been absent for too long in international causes.
He and Poppy have teamed up efficently and I am proud of them for that.
